Sephora 50 colors medium shopping bag palette review

Hi guys,

Today i will review my new Sephora medium make up palette. I loved the concept, the design, and i loved the colors.

This shopping bag contains :

•  33 eyeshadows
• 3 eye liners cream
•  12 lip glosses
•  3 blushes
• 3 bronzing powders 
•  a nice mirror incorporated into the compact design

At that price (23 Euros), i said "wow, i need to have it"; i loved its design and the fact that it had so many eye shadows and blushes, all into such a small, compact, palette. I said to myself "i will take this to my travels to Greece and back, i will have fun with all these awesome colors, this is so cool". But as soon as i got home, very eager to try it on, my excitement soon transformed into disappointment.
And i will tell you why.

• The eye shadows are so dusty, especially the pearly-glittery ones. They are not very pigmented and without an eye primer these can t last more then 3 hours on your eyes.  I really had to struggle to apply them with an eye brush, they were falling on my cheeks and all over my face.
• The lip glosses are ok, but not very pigmented. They got a nice shimmer, texture and they smell nice. 

What i liked about this palette was the size, the design and the mirror.

• What i also liked was the fact that they had a variety of quality blushes but the problem is that you can't apply just one color with a kabuki brush, because they are so close one to another. So you need to use a smaller brush.

• The creamy eyeliners are ok but not spectacular

Will i purchase this palette again? Nope.
I d give it 2 stars out of 5.

Avon lady Ding Dong ! Avon products review

Hi ladies,

So today i m gonna make some reviews about some Avon products that i just got.

1. Avon Plump Pout Lip gloss

Like you probably know, I'm an obsessed lip plumper maniac and always in the search for something better

This is what i got :

-in two shades : luscious mauve and nude pout


I loved the smell, the texture, and the colors.
I was disappointed about the fact that the colors are not very pigmented or shiny. I love shiny particles in lip glosses and these two shades i got are a bit disappointing.
Also i was expecting some plump effect on my lips. Nothing happened except a minty fresh feeling on my lips.

For their affordable price, they are ok. I got them both for 6 Euros.
Would i purchase them in the future ? Maybe for a gift.

2.5 stars out of 5 i would give them.


2.The second thing i got it s AWESOME

Planet spa indulgence :silky body souffle with african shea butter and chocolate truffle

I cant describe how happy this deluxe body light lotion makes me.

It smells amazing but not heavy. It s subtle and sweet.
Also a plus is the texture- light, with a beautiful gold sparkle color. When you actually apply it on your skin, it makes you feel heavenly, leaves your skin velvety and mosturized. It s soft, elegant, makes you feel precious, it hydrates, it does not stain your clothes (even with the shea butter it is not an oily product).

It s cheap! Only 11 Euros.  I must say that i tried more expensive body lotions then this one and this one is by far the best i had, even if it is so cheap!

my rating is 5 stars out of 5! You must try it!


3. Another amazing product is actually a gift set that i bought : City Rush (for her) gift set :

I got :  A beautiful 50 ml Eau de Parfum
           - perfumed shower gel 150 ml
           - perfumed body lotion 150 ml

All these for only 17 euros!

This perfume is very cool, and also new- launched in the autumn of this year. I loved the fragrance since i first smelled it (also the bottles design-chic and minimal).   It is advertised by my favorite actress Milla Jovovich.
Its a spicy-sweet-oriental-woody smell (its dark, intense,but not heavy). It s more a night perfume, but i usually wear it anytime i want.
Because it s EDP it lasts longer then EDT, around 5 hours (hey , for such a cheap perfume this is great). Combined with the shower gel and the perfumed body lotion, the scent could last up to 8 hours !
TIP : This trick you can do with any perfumes you would like : use the same brand of skin lotion, shower gel and perfume and the scent lasts longer!

It s cheap, but actually it does not smell like a cheap fragrance, it s very sensual and urban. it reminds me a little of  a spicier Givenchy Hot Couture.

The shower gel and body lotion are great too. Awesome consistence, great smell, and quality.

My rating for this set ? 5 stars of course!

Max Factor Lasting performance make up foundation review

Hello all my viewers,

I think that we all need a nice make up that will make us look prettier.  I am a fan of Max Factor products since i am 16.
I love this make up foundation.
It blends great and covers all the imperfections, and leaves the skin soft like velvet. It also does not stain.  It has a lovely smell and gives the skin a matte finish.
Also a plus is that this foundation is a bargain. 12 Euros. I tried more expensive brands but this one is my favorite !

Yummy After Eight review

Hello,


Today i am going to make an unusual review but I hope you will enjoy it.
We must be happy and not only look great and yummy on the outside but on the inside too, so i suggest a sweet review today.

After Eight

I love them, but they are not for anyone. Not anyone loves the combination of dark chocolate and mint filling. I suggest you try them because it is like trying Coca Cola. Is a taste you never encountered before and you won't forget it so easy. They are unique, elegant, mysterious, and they look like tea bags. When i taste them i think of rainy autumn days and the lost 1900's art nouveau era. 

My rating is 5 out of 5 because they taste great but they are low on calories, their quality is awesome and they are not expensive at all.

My fav perfumes review

Hi sweethearts,

I love Cacharel, don't you?

One of my favorite perfume is Amor amor tentation.

It is spicy, woody, sweet but dark, mysterious, gothic and vintage. This is my favorite eau de perfume!
I love to wear it in pubs, bars and clubs, because combined with tobacco scent it is divine!
It is more an evening perfume, and because it s oriental i love to wear it during the cold seasons.
It lasts up to 8 -9 hours.
It costs around 70euros 

It give it a 5 star rating !


My second favorite is Salvador Dali- Daliflor.

I got this perfume on my 16-th birthday. I was so excited to get it and its scent still haunts me today.
Also i am a big fan of surrealism and Dali is one of the greatest painters ever. The woman with the head of roses was finished in 1935 and this perfume its a tribute to feminity.
It's a rose based perfume, with fruity and powdery notes. It reminds me of vintage soapy perfumes and bohemian times. 
I'd wear it on rainy seasons.
It lasts long and i d give it 5 maximum rating.
This eau de perfume costs about 55euros.


Organza from Ghivenchy

Another great scent I fell inlove with, in my teen years.
Everything : the bottles design, the gold shimmery color, the sweet precious scent make me think at Hollywood movie starts, expensive restaurants, red carpets, and jazz.
It s a flowery- oriental perfume and it costs 70 Euros. You can find it in 30 ml, 50ml and 100ml bottles.
It persists all day and all night long.
It's a must have if you love glamor.



Dior addict 2

I got it as a gift from one of my good friends, and i never let it go. I was amazed how lovely it was. From the pink bottle to the sweet grenadine to the soft musk, everything is perfect.  I like it more the Dior Addict. This one s more cheerful, sexy and playfull.
It lasts long like almost every perfume of Dior, and you can wear it every day and you won't be bored with it.
I love to wear it every season. It costs around 100 euros.

Maximum star rating from me !



This perfume is kick ass. Juliette has a gun -Lady vengeance

Just love it! It s like me:  rock, crazy and mischievous.
It contains patchouli , vanilla and rose. It is so simple but seems so complicated, this perfume is addictive.

It costs 100 Euros and it s all worth it.

5 stars out of 5! Total perfection :-)

Sally hansen products review

Hello dears,

I wanted to see what is the big fuss with Sally Hansen's lip glosses so, i purchased 2 packets:

The first one intrigued me, because it said that "your smile would look better, your teeth would look whiter". So i said to myself, what the hell... i should see how they work on me.

And i got them.
No, your teeth won't look whiter. This is a silly nonsense.
The lip glosses are ok, they have nice smell, nice texture, the coverage is great, but... even though they are saying that "The color pigments in the lip gloss help to counteract with the yellow tones on your teeth instantly making them look whiter". Well... it is not true.
For the price of 8 Euros, i will give this lip gloss set 2.5 stars.
I am disappointed of the promise they did not kept.


The second item that i got was the Lip inflation kit

Lovely to see, i adored the small lip glosses and all the shades, BUT! they do not keep their promise to plump lips instantly.
They are having a nice texture but not a strong pigment, also the smell is great, of peppermint and the feeling on your lips is a cool one. That is all. No fuller lips, no nothing.
Price? 13 euros.
Would i purchase it again ? No.
I would say i'd give it 2 stars from 5.

What i love is this set i purchased from Sally Hansen:

I really love it!

The two nail colors are great and they dry really fast. Like in a minute! So they are ideal when you are in a huge hurry.
The pen is lovely too ! the coverage is made very easily, the pigment has a good quality and it lasts up to 5 days if you doing laundry, and dishes.
You can purchase these three products with only 10 euros.
5 stars for the nail products!

So, after all Sally Hansen did not disappointed me. I would avoid the lip glosses, but i would def. go for nail care products.

W7 Cosmetics review

Hi ladies,

I was curious to purchase some W7 products so here is what i got :

1. Celebrity secrets eye palette no-2

Is specially made for brown eyes. If you want to get it for blue or green eyes you should try no.1

I was really happy when i got it, i loved all the shades, also the instructions and the design were lovely.

But!!!
Their quality is very low. The pigment is not good, they are going all over your face when you try to apply them.  For this product i payed 10 Euros, witch is way too much.
I would not purchase it again.
If i would have to give it a note from 1(hate) to 5(love), i d give it a 1.
Never again:)

2. The second product i got from W7 was the liquid foundation Photo shot.

I am quite satisfied with it but it is not perfect. I d give it a 3.5 out of 5.
Why?
The price is good (10 to 15 euros for a 28 ml bottle of foundation).
The coverage is good but it does not lasts that much.
The scent is very subtle, so it s all right. I hate foundations with bad scents.
Would i purchase it again?
Yes.
Is it a 16 hours lasting foundation?
No.

3.W7- Perfect eyes (creamy powder eye shadow)

I got this lovely shade of pink (Raspberry fool)

I love the color and the contrast it makes with my hazel eyes. I also like its texture - creamy but also powdery.  The only thing that i dislike is that i can't apply it with my make up brushes, so i need to apply it with my finger.
It has no bad scent and for its price -only 3 euros- its a great economy product.
I give it a 2.5 out of 5
I am not sure if i will purchase it again, but it's been fun having it.

4. W7-Flirty eyes mascara

I love this mascara. I like its brush, because it makes it easy to use. The product is awesome, it stays on your lashes forever.
It also gives the effect of bigger lashes. Maybe not false ones, but longer and curlier, yes!
I love it and i will buy it whenever i will have the chance of finding it.
It costs only 5 euros.

I will give this product 5 stars!

So , i guess W7 are not that bad after all but i would avoid eye shadows.

Too faced Lip injection review

Hi girls,

I will write to you about my favorite lip plumper in the world (and i tried a lot of them!).

It s called Lip injection and i got it from Sephora some years ago. I use it regularly and it s awesome. I got fuller lips, despite the tingles . I think that the pain you feel when you apply it, its a minus, but it does the trick.
It s a happy sting, because in a few minutes your lips look 30-40% fuller !wow!
Another minus is the smell. They should work on that.

Too faced made a really good job with this lip plumper and is also quite cheap for what it offers (17 Euros).
You can find it in Sephora shops, in more shades (pink,- i love techno pink shade- bronze and clear), and you can wear it also over your favorite lipstick or under your gloss. 

I give a 4.5 stars out of 5 to this product because it does the job but the price should be lower, and also the pain and the smell are a minus as well.

"Something about Sofia" perfume review

 Hello my ladies,

I love this perfume!
Not only that it has my name, but i just love the story behind it.
It s a sweet oriental perfume, a heavy one for the ones who like fresh scents. But, my cup of tea are the spicy ones, the sweet ones, the ones that make you feel special, powerful and dreamy.

Benefit made a great job by making this perfume. It's a work of art. Starting from the design of the bottle and also the design of that lovely box.
It makes you think about the 1900's , black cats, and happy romance.
This perfume is also a poem of contradiction. It has a fruity side : mango, also heavy scents like vanilla jasmine and musk, also it has a sensitive side :lily and freesia.

What can you wish more ?
I give it 5 stars from 5.

It is also cheap (30 euros for 30 ml of EDT). And you can wear it in any moment of the day/or night. It s a autumn/winter scent.

It lasts more then 5 hours so i say YES for Benefit's Something about Sofia.

Yves Rocher "Flower Party" perfume review

Hello sweethearts,

I am an addict when it comes to perfumes. I love to experiment with all kind of scents and i am quite familiar with almost every brand out there.

You know why i adore Yves Rocher ? Because on this little boutique you will get amazing scents and also beauty products (i will make more reviews about them in my next posts), you will get quality and also great prices.

I knew about this perfume since 2010, but i bought it recently. Now, the only regret i have is that i did not purchased it sooner.
This Flower party perfume was only10 Euros (the small Eau de Toilette bottle -15 ml).
I got the small one because :

1. I get bored of the scents really fast so i often change my perfumes.
2. I wanted to see if it s a good product

I give it a 5 on a scale from 1 to 5.

It s a great day perfume, a fruity -flowery scent with some spicy notes and a bit of vanilla. You can wear it in every season, i love this about it.
This lovely scent reminds me of Amor Amor from Cacharel.
But it s better! Really ! It gives me a great happy feeling each time i spray it on me.
It also holds for several hours on my skin (about 5! -not so bad for an eau de toilette).
The price is also great - you can find it in a 30ml wonderful red bottle, and 50 ml (it costs around 30Euros).

If you love fruity, playful, flowery and spicy-oriental fragrances, this is your perfume!

Dirty Works Rumpy plumpy review

Hi sweethearts,

the purpose of this blog is to make your life easy and give you some tips and reviews, about some good or bad products that i tried on myself.
so...

The first review is about a lip plumper i came across on Sephora; it s from Dirty Works. and its called "Rumpy plumpy".  I am obsessed to have fuller lips, even though i do have normal sized ones, but i look for that special lip plumper that would make my lips really pop and make me feel like Angelina.

This lip plumper is not that extraordinary, i d give it a 2,5 on a scale from 1 to 5.

Let s start with the goods.
I love its orange-chocolate flavor, i loved the price (just 7.5 Euros), i also liked its texture and the feeling of having it on my lips. It has a clear glossy colour, you can wear it as a lip balm and also you can wear it over your favorite lipstick.
But...

Nothing happened!  My lips do not look fuller even though i was applying it non stop.
It s just a lip gloss and i ended up quite disappointed.
Also i did not felt any tingles at all. I do not know if this is a plus or a minus.
So, my sisters...
if you want a nice clear lip gloss, with lovely taste, you should get it. But if you do have greater expectations, don't.
